Hey everyone! Just wanted to point out that last night we passed 900 backers! Thanks for everything you guys are doing to get the word out!

Potential freebie STL...?

Just playing around with some monsters on my end - thought I'd throw this balor on the printer and see how he comes out. :)

Fun fact: I actually hate supporting models in chitubox, so I do all my supports in blender. If those homemade supports worked out well, maybe we'll make this pre-supported STL a freebie for those who share the project! Kind of a perpetual offer thing. Is that something you guys would be interested in? (Would love to keep offering DesktopHero asset packs, but that was kind of a special one-time thing. But we'll consider doing it again because of how much it's been requested. And because we like you.)

Last chance to back Endless Dice!

Epic Monster Poll Results

The People Have Spoken: For the $50K Epic Monster stretch goal, we'll be adding a set of 4 elementals: Water, Earth, Fire and Air. (If your brain didn't just jump straight into the ATLA intro, you should probably get on over to Netflix and watch it again.)

We'll start working on some concept art for these guys!

Vote: $55K Stretch Goal Unlocked!

Would you believe it's voting time again? For the $55,000 stretch goal we'll be voting on an accessory pack of monster items that can be used on most monsters. The options for this poll are:

• Fire
• Ice
• Clockwork
• Undead
• Skeletal
• Jewels

Like last time, I'll be sending out a the voting link in a separate Backer-only update.

Last chance to back Hold My Dwarf 

Now, I don't say this easily. I think these sculpts have the most character out of any STL set I've ever seen. See what I mean:

If these don't scream "Print me and put me in your campaign" I don't know what does :D

In addition to these guys you also have a ton of more typical but equally beautiful models:

At this point they're up to 60 digital models unlocked, with options for getting the STL files pre-supported, and licensed for commercial sale depending on what level you back at.

New epic monster unlocked, Wave 2 stretch goals revealed!

New Epic Monster Unlocked!

We just cleared the $50,000 stretch goal! Time to vote on a new epic monster! Here are the options for this poll:

• Treant
• 4 Elementals (Fire & Water & Earth & Air)
• Grim Reaper
• Giant Robot (sci-fi)
• Hydra
• Tarrasque
• Thessalhydra

I'd be happy to see any one of these succeed. Voting is for backers only, so I'll release another update shortly with a link to the poll.

And, since that was the last stretch goal of Wave 1:

Wave 2 Stretch Goals Revealed!

With Wave 2 we're adding a new stretch goal type: At $55K and $65K, we'll unlock a new accessory pack that all backers will have access to. The accessory pack will consist of variations of many of the current generic monster pieces, following a theme voted on by backers.

For example, say the theme 'Skeletal' is selected, we would create a pack with a skeleton spider leg, skeleton tentacles, skeleton eye stalks, skeletal weapons, etc. 

Possible themes for this category are: Fire, Ice, Skeletal, Clockwork... plus any ideas you come up with. Let us know on the comments page if you think of any neat themes!

TitanCraft Campaign Share

Hey errabody - the poll results are in! Here are the three favorites (in order of popularity):

1. Mimics

A mimic customizer!? We are really looking forward to this one - there was some buzz over the weekend on Discord about what that ought to look like. After giving it some thought, here's the general direction we want to go with it:

Several generic-looking base objects that you can 'mimic-ify', such as a chest, barrel, outhouse (thanks @DrKabookenstein), table or statue.

Parts that you can add to those options to make them into mimics, such as:

• Blobs of gloopy sludge
• Several types of eyeballs
• Tongues
• Mouths/Teeth
• Claws/Arms/Legs

We're thinking about also adding some 'lures on tentacles' just for fun - not exactly a mimic thing but similar.

2. Generic Demon

Need some help with this one. "Generic Demon" was a user-suggested monster and we're not sure what you're envisioning. A smaller, less buff version of the balor? But since it was such a popular vote, you all must know what you want. Let us know you're looking for!

3. Minotaur

Third choice was the minotaur, so with this one you'll likely see a new base model, the bull head, and a couple new armor options that hopefully will transfer to the giants or balor as well.

Epic Monster Almost Unlocked!

At time of writing, we're about $500 away from unlocking the first Epic Monster, so expect some a new poll shortly! Sometime in the next couple days we will also reveal what we have planned for Wave 2 of stretch goals! If you have any ideas for what additional functionality you'd like to see in the software, let us know!

Last thing - today is the last day to get a free DesktopHero asset pack for sharing the campaign, so get it in today if you haven't get! (Details in the previous update.)
